Asked for extra chipotle, got none. Asked for banana peppers, got bell peppers. I’m glad I didn’t share my sandwich because my son is allergic to bell peppers. So I had to make an additional stop to get him his own food. Managers response”I’ll let the line know”

The Indian lady makes the sandwich like if she is afraid to put an extra olive! This is my second time and will be the last to go there!

I usually only write a review if it’s positive. If I have a bad experience I usually just give the people or person(s) the benefit of the doubt. This is my first really negative review, my friends. And I am not happy about that. At about 9PM on June 17, 2026 sandwiches were attempted to be bought. The lady working the sandwich art station made it clear she didn’t want to be there by saying, “I’m trying to get outta here. How many sandwiches? One? Multiple? Seventy? Not. Cool. We just wanted 2. Needless to say she rushed the process when trying to order the sandwich. Then when asked if we could add ingredients to the sandwich she indicated we might not be able to afford the sandwich. I know I look poor. Still. My wife is a badass and can pay for all of the damn sandwiches but that was just brutal. I’m sorry, my friends. I don’t like to be negative. Pic added for how she drowned the sandwich when not asked to.

I was working a non-profit charity outside their restaurant all during the typical Texas heat. I went in and asked an employee if there were any possible promotions for the charity staff working outside. They gave us the smallest water cup they had and said "Yea the water is free"...

Im not particularly a fan of subway but i picked it for lunch since my boyfriend likes it. I asked for a bmt with turkey instead of ham, immediately told NO we cant do that. No solution no alternative other than “order the spicy Italian with turkey” which is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SANDWICH i was willing to pay for the turkey add on but she said i couldnt have it. Then after shes done at register with another customer she ran up to theguy helping us like she didnt trust that he would follow her directions. She didnt change gloves, didnt wash her hands, and this is after touching THE POS AND MONEY??? If she dared put her hands on my sandwich i would have walked out but thankfully my boyfriend isnt so picky about his food. Then we asked for a cookie at the end and she also used 0 gloves to handle it. Im not gonna watch someone blatantly not care about food safety, germs, or hospitality and then also pay them. Jersey mikes, firehouse, jimmy johns, literally anywhere else
