I called first to check on a new item that was featured on the commercial. It was the hot honey dorito nachos. My 80yr.old father wanted to try it. Stephanie was so kind on the phone that I wanted to make sure that she was there when I ordered mine. She sounded so sweet and loving. I wanted someone like that to make my Dad’s food for him. Of course in person she was kind and friendly! Pls make sure she gets credit for making Subway a place where I want to return and let people know. Thank you Stephanie for your kind.

I had to correct the employee making my sandwich four times and he still got it wrong. I gave up at the end because I wanted to get out of there. I had to remind him that my turkey sandwich needed turkey! He was about to wrap it up! Where do you find these people!?

Today I worked a 15 hour shift and realized I forgot to take something out of the freezer for dinner. I felt the only thing that could save me was a Subway sandwich, but I had no idea I would encounter such a wonderful person! Lauren was so kind and personable and made our sandwiches perfectly. She is the best kind of employee that will have people coming back subway if you’re reading this, Cherish her!

Once in a while, we come here to eat sandwiches, and we’ve usually had a good experience. But today was different. I ordered my sandwich, and while the employee preparing it was busy, another lady came out of the kitchen and offered to help. She had tattoos on both arms, which was totally fine, and she put on gloves before preparing my food, which is the proper procedure. However, halfway through making my sandwich, she stopped and went back into the kitchen. The other employee was nice enough to continue preparing it. A little later, the first lady came back wearing the same gloves. I had just watched her in the kitchen cleaning and moving things around while wearing those gloves. She then grabbed my sandwich with those same gloves and started adding the lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings I had requested. At that point, I was extremely uncomfortable because she had never changed her gloves after handling and cleaning things in the kitchen. I told the cashier that I would still pay for the sandwich, but I would not take it or eat it. I’m not complaining about the food or the other employee, who was very nice. My concern is simply basic food-handling hygiene. Gloves only help prevent contamination when they are changed appropriately.

Maybe I'm too stingy, you be the judge. But I picked my to go order up, and this was a philly steak sandwich with double stuff. Was not worth the up charge at all, and a third of the sandwich was just burnt bread. Missing half the stuff I asked for. I guess you have to fully unwrap your order at the store now to make sure it's right. 🤷
