    I ordered a footlong tuna sandwich with smashed avocado and requested that it be toasted. When I got home, I discovered that the sandwich was neither toasted nor did it include the avocado that I paid extra for. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. The employee, Marissa, told me that the manager was not there. I explained the issue with my order, and her response was that I would need to bring the sandwich back to have it replaced. Unfortunately, I live about 12 minutes away, so returning to the store was inconvenient. What disappointed me most was the customer service. Instead of apologizing for the mistake or showing concern, Marissa sounded irritated that I had called to report an issue with an order I paid for. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. The lack of empathy and professionalism made the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointing experience.

    I haven't breakfast this morning. I ordered footlong and some pocket protein or some thing here for self pickup. After i seen it bread was not toasted food was cold both of them. It's make my brunch dirty.
