  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for top-tier Indian cuisine in San Antonio, SPICE Fine Indian Cuisine absolutely delivers. Their new location on Fredericksburg Rd is beautiful, clean, and sets the tone for a great dining experience from the moment you walk in. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Anjan, and his hospitality alone is worth mentioning—genuine, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Now the food… exceptional across the board. The chicken tikka was perfectly seasoned and tender, the mushroom Manchurian had a bold, savory kick, and the vegetable biryani was fragrant and layered with flavor. The rosemary garlic naan was fresh and perfectly baked, and the hot tea tied everything together. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and executed at a high level. You can tell there’s pride behind this kitchen. This is not just good Indian food—it’s elevated. Definitely adding this spot to the regular rotation.
