  Stopped by Spechts after our flag football team won their championship game and had an awesome experience. The place was packed, but the staff handled everything incredibly well. Our waitress Brooklyn was absolutely amazing — she managed a large group, kept everyone on separate checks, and got all of our orders taken quickly and efficiently without missing a beat. The kitchen also did a fantastic job getting the food out fast, especially considering how busy it was. On top of that, the managers were constantly out checking on guests and making sure everything was running smoothly. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere to celebrate a big win. Highly recommend!

  We had a great time celebrating Mother's day. Sitting outside with a nice breeze and live music. Waitress was attentive on a very busy day. Food was delicious but I have to mention that an order of onion rings was Very skimpy, tho tasty. Y'all go see for yourself.

  Have been three times recently. Sat at the bar this time and service is dependent on who is working. This was the worst time. Was pretty much ignored the whole time, wasn't asked if I wanted a refill, no water, no silverware or napkin, had to ask for everything. Waited 10 minutes for the bill and/or anyone to help close out no one came. Brought my plate and glass up to the server station since that where they all congregate and talk and gossip. Lots of servers talking inside and the bar area is mostly for them. This is not a place to sit at bar and have a drink and dinner. Now I know why it's empty inside. Lack of training, no focus on customers, very unwelcoming inside. Guess outside must be ok but this place could be really good with some training and solid management. I won't be going back anytime soon. Not worth the bad service. Food was cold (burger patty from frozen and overcooked) since the bartender was mostly washing glasses and not focusing on the customers. Wanted to make this a go to place to meet friends but will have to try again in a year or so...

  Specht’s is the kind of place that reminds you why Texas hospitality hits different. From the second you walk in, the atmosphere feels authentic, great live music, cold drinks, amazing food, and people who actually make you feel welcome instead of just served. The food was absolutely top tier. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and cooked with care. What really stood out though was the vibe. Whether you’re there with family, friends, or just stopping by for a drink and some music, the place feels alive in the best way possible. It’s the perfect mix of laid-back country energy and a fun night out.

  Went to lunch after a soccer game. Hostess said due to the size of our party we needed two tables, 4 adults and 4 kids, we needed two tables. I told her we could probably fit in one picnic table as the kids were all young. She said she’d put us on the waitlist and to “step aside”. She then proceeded to seat two other groups of 4. I wanted to leave since the restaurant didn’t seem to want to serve us. We waited 25-30 minutes for……yes, a single picnic table. A word of advice to the owners, customers get a first impression at how they are treated when they arrive. Having a high school kid as a hostess who has no interest in her job greeting your customers is probably not a good strategy. Food was great, our server was fantastic. Also, there was a huge fire ant mound in the play area, 2-3 feet in diameter, it didn’t just pop up overnight. Doesn’t say a lot about customer service if you can’t have a safe area for the kids.
