  The young lady that took my order on the phone was the same person who served me when I picked up my order. Very sweet and professional. The pizza is better than I expected. I do wish you offered an extra thin crust

  I was having a bad day and decided to stop by H-E-B for a beer and pizza and thanks to Gavin it turned into the highlight of my day. The pizza was outstanding-fresh, perfectly prepared, and clearly made by someone who takes pride in their work. Every slice was loaded with flavor and cooked just right. It's the kind of pizza that makes you immediately start planning your next visit. On top of that, Gavin poured one of the best beers I've had from a grocery store food counter. Everything was served with care, attention to detail, and a genuinely friendly attitude. What really sets Gavin apart, though, is his customer service. He was welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than routine. Employees like him are a big part of what makes people come back. him. If you're grabbing pizza and beer, hope Gavin is serving you!!! H-E-B is lucky to have him. If gavins working you'll be in good hands.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came into H-E-B South Flo expecting to buy some beer and maybe grab a snack. What I did NOT expect was to encounter Gavin, a pizza artisan operating at a level that can only be described as legendary. Not only did Gavin help me out with incredible customer service, but he personally made me a batch of custom breadsticks that were so good I briefly forgot every other breadstick I have ever eaten. These weren't breadsticks. These were masterpieces. Works of art. If Michelangelo had worked with dough instead of marble, this is what he would have created. The pizza area was running smoother than a Formula 1 pit crew, and Gavin handled everything with the confidence, skill, and professionalism of a man who was clearly born to dominate the world of pizza. Every customer interaction was friendly, every recommendation was perfect, and somehow he made the entire experience feel like I was the most important customer in Texas. The beer was cold, the breadsticks were incredible, and Gavin single-handedly restored my faith in humanity. If H-E-B ever decides to build a statue honoring customer service excellence, they should start measuring Gavin immediately. 10/10. Five stars is not enough. I would give 47 stars if the system allowed it. Promote this man. Give him a raise. Name a breadstick after him. Thank you, Gavin.

  The H-E-B South Flo Alon has provided an amazing experience every time we visit. Lesley’s always greets us with a smile and consistently demonstrates outstanding communication and customer service skills, even remembering our names. Christian’s friendly smile and positive attitude always brighten our day as well. Every visit with both of them is a great experience, and we truly appreciate the exceptional service they provide. We just wanted to take a moment to thank them both for always making us feel welcome and valued.
