  I do deliveries and they handed me melted slushies to deliver. When I asked them to remake it, they refused.

  I went, I went through the drive through and they don't have banana splits anymore? So I got 2 chocolate Sundays and the guys asked, do I want the whipped cream and cherry on top? And I said, oh, yeah, sure, very pleasant. Ohh, I don't want to forget he asked me if I wanna carrier to put them in so they didn't spill in the car It was a very good experience and go sonic. Go.

  Ordered drinks online and pulled up to this altercation assuming it started inside because Manager followed employee outside when employee said he was clocked out. I'm sorry but no manager should be talking to ANYONE THIS WAY in front of customers or not. This was ridiculous. I do not know the situation but it was crazy. The only professional person there was the carhop who was bringing out the orders staying out of the drama. When we were leaving employee looked defeated and apologized to us. Please do better with what kind of people you are putting to run your store. This was very uncalled for. I don't know if it will show full video but on full video there is a physical altercation at the end when employee is trying to go back in the store and manager prevents him from trying to go in.
