  This is a review of the Food and follow up.The food was room temp like it'd maybe been sitting out,cooked prior then packaged.The cheese wasn't melted on the burger, so I know it couldn't have gotten to this temp in the 2 minute drive home. Plus the cheddar peppers were also this way and missing two which makes them a small.I paid for a medium. I called the next day to notify management, and was greeted by Manual, who said something along the lines of Thank you for calling Sonic,our phones aren't working,while you can hear me,I can't hear you so I will be hanging up now,in the most annoying voice.Thinking that they were playing around,I called back a few minutes later,and got a shorter version of the same greeting,then was hung up on. So unprofessional. Not going to be spending anymore money at this place,as they obviously don't seem to spend theirs on improving the service or their equipment.

  Last two times we’ve gone here in the same week the same poor man has been stuck by himself through rushes. Better staff my man or give him a raise because he doesnt deserve to hold the fort down by himself but he does a great job at it anyways. #helptheman
