Waited 25 min just to get one soda, had to go through the drive thru where I waited more and was met with an ugly attitude. Not the sonic to come to.

I guess the economics and the inability to find workers has caused this to be a primarily drive through spot. There are about 3 or 4 drive-in dinning spots the rest are for to-go/delivery pick up. That and the very tight space makes for challenging navigation and long line.

I had been craving a footlong Coney hot dog combo for the longest time. So I stopped by ordered my food and sat out in front and ate it. It was a beautiful day and the food was perfect so all in all I had a wonderful experience the waitress was very helpful very courteous could not complain.

Placed a DoorDash order from Sonic and when our food arrived, a kids meal grilled cheese was missing from the bag. We checked the receipt to confirm and contacted both DoorDash and the store. When we called Sonic we spoke with Veronica, and the experience was extremely disappointing. She was unprofessional and rude, and instead of trying to help or even offering a simple apology, she repeatedly just said, “I put it in the bag,” over and over without actually listening or having a normal conversation.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told one wasn’t on duty. When I asked for contact information, she refused. I stayed on the phone and suddenly she was able to reach a manager in less than a minute, which made that even more frustrating. Still, there was NO apology or effort to resolve the situation
Customer service like this is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters and this was handled very poorly….

I tried ordering two slushes on their app and it wouldn’t go through. So, I asked nicely if they would honor the discount since it was a technical error. They didn’t. I paid $12 for two slushes when it could have been $6. I get it is an online discount but you can’t tell me they don’t have a button they could have pressed to give me the discount… It wasn’t MY fault. That manager needs a lesson in customer retention. I worked in food and bev 20 years, and customer retention is key.
