  I went to pick up an online order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived and when I got there I waited for 10 minutes at the order menu and no one took my order or acknowledged that I was there and finally had to flag the car hop down to let him know I was picking up a online order I then waited for another 25 minutes before getting the food brought out! The car hop was apologetic and nice and seemed to be the only person doing their job.

  Make sure to place your mobile order AT LEAST 30 minutes in advance unless you want to be waiting in the heat for a simple kids meal with a plain hot dog, fries, and a powerade. No shade to the employees because I can see them running around and working hard, but it’s the same issue every time we order from Sonic.

  Got the order correct. Came out in a fair amount of time. Polite and made sure I had what was needed!! Great teamwork today!!
