I have always had a good experience getting my food here, and the one time they messed up an order, the manager was very understanding and remade the item for us.
Probably one of the worst sonics when it comes to speed and upkeep. Add a solid 20-30 extra minutes for popcorn chicken, fries, and just a straight root beer no add on or anything. Then to pick this order up they wouldn't let me use the curb side. When I went through the drive through it took them longer to find my food than it did for me to drive there. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and wrong. Little things, tots instead of fries, no dipping sauce. Totally fine on its own, but with the extreme long wait time, and the unorganized order of food(they kept coming up with the wrong order trying to pass it off to us) the whole thing is not worth the hassle.
Just to be fair, I used to go to this location quite a bit throughout 2016-2024, its been a minute since I've been and always remembered it being a little slow, but never this unorganized. Would love for this location to be better managed, love the food, just not the service or wait time.

A month and a half ago me and my family went through the driveway during night shift for a couple of shakes, the employees were rude, had no communication skills , and took over 15 minutes for shakes , with hardly any other cars . Today I door dashed one burger and one hotdog from this same location, at 11:40 pm . My order will not be here until 2 am. Along with the time stamp going later and later. HORRIBLE for only 2 items !
I purchased a bag of ice on Sunday night and later noticed that I had been charged twice. I called the restaurant this morning to ask about the duplicate charge. Unfortunately, I was told that because I no longer had the receipt, there was nothing they could do and that I would need to dispute the charge with my bank.
I understand that receipts can be helpful, but most people don’t think to keep a receipt for a single bag of ice, especially when they have no reason to expect a duplicate charge. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and customer service in resolving what appears to be a billing error. Based on this experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing your card statements after making purchases here.
