  Horribly run restaurant. The new “policies” are ridiculous. Also, the girl with red hair who gave me my food was very rude. She refused to give me any marinara because I didn’t add it in the app. Which is ridiculous because I ordered mozzarella sticks so it should automatically come with it. She said she would have to charge me if I wanted it. And when I said “isn’t it free on the app?” She said yes and walked away. I’m honestly baffled at the audacity of trying to charge for sauces that are supposed to be free.

  Pulled up to the drive thru, its raining and no one is here but 2 cars. I waited for about 5 mins and no one said anything through the speaker. I simply said "hello?" To see if they were open and got met with a very rude angry "GIVE ME A SECOND!" then a "WHAT CAN I GET YOU?" when i asked for just a large tots she responds once again un pleasantly "JUST A LARGE TOTS? I CAN'T EVEN HEAR YOU!"... i get up to the window she asked if i had the small tots. I said no large. She slammed the window. Bruh. Quit if you hate life that bad aint no one here.

  I used to go to this location often but stopped for years and fully blame myself for trying again. I go for the half price drinks sometimes the food recently the last 2 times I visited the location I get charged for the extra strawberry for a RT44 or even a large but there is no extra ingredient it’s just either ice or barely any ice with light strawberry cloudy sprite. I asked the employee if I can have a cup of what I paid for of the extra strawberry $1.50 for this??? You can see the picture of the drink as well I paid $5.75 for this drink alone. I also used to work for Sonic for over 12 years a lot has changed but also over charged numerous of times to get nothin on extra of what I paid for. No wonder why this location is soooo slow. I have wasted quite bit of money then to be talked about me among other employees which that really got me upset.

  Its nothing but a bunch of immature children running wild at the store. No management in sight. By 11pm they stop ice cream. If you stay open till midnight the full menu should be available. They always are out of stuff.

  The manager told the carhop to get my money because jt was a lot of money as if I was gonna skip on the tab when we were sitting on in front door not in my car
