  I drive to this specific location for two reasons. The younger black food runner is super nice they should give him a raise, and the food is always fresh. The other sonics off of 78 serve cold food, and the employees are nowhere near as pleasant is the people at this location.

  Be careful with the manager at this location 4678 Walzem Rd. Thursday June 4th 11:29PM I placed an order through the app for two sonic blasts. The manager refused to make them and refused to provide a cash back refund. He said I had to cancel my order online…I explained to him that I had already checked in and selected my stall # so it wouldn’t let me cancel anymore. He walked away and was not helpful at all. I then read past reviews I see he is constantly closing early and refusing service on the last hour. I have submitted a request online + a contact request via the mobile app regarding a refund for the items I never received and no one has reached out as of June 10th. $10.80 may not be much but it is when I just spent it without receiving anything I ordered.

  Good food amazing customer service a girl named Lina helped me and was very nice
