  This particular location is consistently disappointing, and I have no idea why I returned the handful of times that I have. Every single time I've been, the slushes are either watery, don't have enough ice (as if it's melted, but it didn't take long to be served), don't have enough flavoring, or some odd combination of the 3. Today I purchased 1 LG Tot, 1 MD green apple slush, and 1 RT 44 cranberry limeade. The tater tots left a weird after taste and I have a slight burning on my tongue. Sort of reminds me of a time I accidentally got perfume in my mouth. The cranberry limeade tasted only like CO2 water and limes, nothing else, and it ended up being poored down our sink. The green apple slush was "okay, but tasted mostly just like apple juice". I tried to call the 866 number on the receipt, but hung up after a 5.5 minute long wait of no answer/hold recordings, then tried to text that 866 OK SONIC number, but it requires your full name and email address. I want absolutely nothing from Sonic at this time, I just want to give Sonic Corporate a heads up that the franchisee owner of this location has definitely not been keeping up the Sonic Drive-in standards. We definitely will never be giving this location our business again, when there are other locations that seem to actually care about their Quality Control standards. Edit: gave 2 stars because Katelyn was quite polite.

  Sonic is usually a good go-to for me and my husband, but our order from this location tonight was all wrong. We both ordered combos and ice cream (it's on the receipt). The staff didn't give us the shake i ordered, which was an oreo cheesecake shake. My husband only noticed while he was already on the way home--so he turned around and got back in line to ask for the shake. They gave us a shake, but it wasn't the one i ordered. They gave us a regular chocolate shake-- which, of course, we only discovered after my husband already made it all the way home; when we also discovered that they didn't give us the tots that were supposed to go with my combo. My husband's onion rings were so hard and crispy that he almost couldn't eat them. Both of our burgers were overcooked and dry and had barely any of the toppings that were supposed to be on them. We were so excited for our order, and were so disappointed by sonic's staff. Our meal was absoluetly not worth what we paid for it. I called the location and asked if we could get a refund or something, and Devin said that if we come back another day, we can get the items that were missing before for free, but at this point, it doesn't seem worth it, since the quality of the rest of the food was not good. The whole situation just sucks. Like i said earlier on, we were so excited... i feel betrayed... i am sincerely depressed.

  Sonic is a great place to eat! Sonic offers consistently great tasting hamburgers and chili cheese Coneys! They are the only restaurant that I know of that offers delicious Chicago hot dogs!

  the service here is the worst. every time i come here i am waiting for a minimum of 20 minutes and this time i only ordered 2 blasts. Kayla was who took my order and who gave me my food and i have never experienced someone with such a horrible attitude and bad customer service. she spoke to me rudely and would not respond when i asked her something. i asked for my receipt and she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything for 5 minutes then finally came back and then printed the receipt.
