  Waited for 15 min in drive thru to order in front of the speaker said hello multiple times but no answer and they were open, finally gave up and just left somewhere else

  Just left stall #11. Waited for 20 mins, never received our 2 items - 1 slushie and 1 blast. At 15 mins, we pressed the button again to check-in - the woman that answered said she would come outside. Waited another 5 minutes and ended up leaving. Horrible service.

  Terribly rude on the intercom. Hands me my food after waiting 30 mins and says “here”. Gave no ketchup or ranch with jalapeño poppers and didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce. The food was good but absolutely terrible service from the young females.

  Second time coming to the sonic and the food is disappointing and they charge for a cup of water that’s ridiculous and the customer service was horrible. I said hello and they disregarded and said what do you want to order?

  So incredibly slow. This has happened the past 3 times, and never again. Mobile ordered ahead of time, checked in, and still didn’t receive food until around 45-50 min later. Last time this happened, it was so long they gave us a free drink chip. This time, when going through the drive through they said there was no order…the lady that gave us our food was very kind, but they are either clearly understaffed or have a manager issue. These occurrences have happened different times and different days. As someone who has worked in the food industry , i understand things happen, but when there are little to no people coming in, and inefficiencies are consistent….something needs to be changed. Sonic is supposed to be a quick and simple roadside stop after a long day. Don’t plan on coming back :/ Sincerely, a college student who lost much needed time studying for an exam tonight.
