  0 STARS 0 AVOID. FOOD POISONING MOLDY ICE. Ordered ahead on the app and it took 26 minutes to get one single slush. This is no exaggeration. Ordered at 8:03 pm, got the slush at 8:29 PM. Then I started drinking it and the ice tasted off, I mean really really off. I was so thirsty I drank about half. Got home left it on the counter and went to sleep. Woke up at 2 am vomiting horrible. The vomit tasted exactly like the ice. Very sour foul taste. I checked the slush that had melted on the counter and white stuff was floating around in the cherry liquid. Strange clumsy white stuff. It was MOLD. I drank a mold slush! I ended up vomiting the entire next day and had to miss work. Never EVER EVER come to this location. Fellas, especially on base, DONT DO IT. Its not worth the cravings

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Seems like the car hopper has no clue what she is doing. Sat at the stall for almost 15 minutes till I was helped. I was picking up a DoorDash and sat there for about an hour for FOUR ITEMS.

  When I got there I asked what flavor of sonic blast they have due to the fact the letters on the sign was graffitied and the lady told me to read the sign even though it flavors weren’t visible. I proceeded to order a slushie instead and she came out with a vibe that wasn’t good which made it seem like she didn’t like her job. Wish they took more care of customers 1 star

  Never particularly had an issue with any employees,but this is no longer my go to sonic location. Restaurant is always out of some sort of product, wait time is usually high. Tried to get some dinner here last night and they weren't able to make most of my order. Avoid this location if you can. Old pearsall store is right down the road and they have a drive thru. Edit: Took away a star because I made the mistake of coming here again for an online order and of course they did not have what I ordered. Still had to wait almost 10 minutes just for them to inform me they're slush machine was down (if it's not that machine it's the fryer and if it's not the fryer it's the shake machine). It makes sense for it to be once in a while, but every time? It gets old. My bad for coming back here. Still advise to go to Old Pearsall down the road.
