  disappointed with my order. The chicken bites were missing, and I didn’t receive everything I paid for. Please make sure orders are checked more carefully before they’re handed out.

  Made a good review this morning , the Gm helped me . It was good. This evening my wife went (she’s having pregnancy cravings) and she and another customer were left waiting over 10 minutes with no response. She drove around to another stall pressed the button again. Nothing . She could see an employee inside with long curly brown hair laughing with a male employee watching customers leave.

  Very slow Sonic just lose this location happens every time ,I’m here tried to use the stall and they don’t respond to the button then I put in an online order waiting for about 20 mins still

  2 people showed up to work. The 2 employees got all the orders out and did it with a smile.

  I don't know if this is all Sonics or just this Valley Hi location, but more than half of the screens do not work. Most of the screenshave been removed. Its very confusing, we weren't sure which stall was working. After figuring out which stall to use and ordering 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks. One drink was made wrong. This sonic sucks!
