  Full Refund Requested. I call this raggedy location to let them know they served me a chocolate “milkshake” that was severely melted and basically just chocolate milk. The moment I picked it up out of my car's cup holder, it immediately wasted all over my car, my white tee shirt, my white Jordan 1s, and my food. When I called the manager to complain, he actually had the audacity to say, "Sometimes the machine defrost." Hello? You knew exactly what you were putting in my cup, machine defrosting or not. You knew what you served me, and on top of that, he had a terrible attitude and hung up right in my face. Handle this properly. (Saving the other photos for corporate)

  I spent almost $30 for 4 cream slushes that weren't mixed well and all we kept tasting was the flavor of the syrup. Lg order of mozzarella cheese sticks were both good and terribly unhealthy choice in a snack. All the time and money wasted here today on a quick snack and then turned into my lesson learned to never return to Sonic because it isn't worth it for me anymore. I will say this though, since all I had was tap to pay the mgr allowed me to cash app him so he would be able to swipe his card for me.

  This Sonic location is great! They always get my meal right and they're are always friendly when I drive up. I will continue coming here on my lunch break 🙏🏽
