  Arrived at 11:20PM since they close at 12. I went up to a drive up spot and the drive thru and wasn’t even acknowledged. We even got down to try ordering and saw several people inside who all completely ignored us. Very disappointing as a busy mom trying to get my kids a late dinner after a long day.

  Very bad customer service!. They take forever to answer in drive thru, (not even a give me a moment sir or bear with me) even though you can clearly see multiple workers inside doing nothing. So I get off to ask if drive thru is closed, to which the manager greets me with an annoyed face asking “what you need?” Instead of a how can I help you? They need to replace that manager, and better customer service.

  They take long to answer if you drive to window u see workers standing having a drink instead of taking orders .
