  Ordered the All American Smasher, was good but not smashed, didn't have the crispy edges like the description, cheese was all in the Box and had no pickles!!! The exterior could use a good cleaning up, almost looks like the store is getting ready to shutter!! The service was Great young lady was hustling and very polite!!

  It was an hour long wait for two hotdogs a burger and two drinks. The food was cold and the service was so amateur and discourteous. The girl (Hailey) at the drive thru window continuously and impatiently asked “is that all for you today” after every single thing I said while trying to order on top of having to repeat several items that she missed as if she couldn’t wait to be done with my order. Every time I come to this sonic I’m reminded exactly why I never come to sonic. The bare minimum is expected from fast food and so I would’ve tolerated the inconvenience but the fact my wife also had to wait an hour just to eat after a long day is beyond aggravating.

  Went to sonic drive-in ordered food. It took him about an hour just to get the food out. The staff was very disrespectful when I asked him where my food was and once I got the food, the order was incorrect. They did not do what I told them to do then when I asked them to fix the order, they said no we are not fixing the order so I would not recommend going to sonic

  They took forever and the girl on the intercom was super rude, she took 25 minutes for a tater tots and a shake 05/06/26 12:50 am

  Have been to this sonic multiple times and waited more than half an hour for no one to show up, even if the order was simple (like two drinks and no food), and I tried calling multiple times without any answer. This is despite the app marking the order as complete after we’d been there five minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever had a fast food experience this bad.
