  Horrible I went and got food for me my daughter and husband and it was cold so I simply warmed it up wasn’t gonna complain until I open my drink and see a damn bug in it I’m glad I looked before I’ve called about 20 times to get ahold of someone and no answer and I will be contacting corporate

  My fiance and I ordered a coconut cream slush and banana pudding shake. These drinks were pretty good and tasty. The presentation of the shake was nice with lots of whipped cream and both drinks were cold/thick despite the summer heat. It just took forever as their drive thru was not taking any orders. I saw three people at the speaker leave due to no service. We decided to try a stall after waiting in the drive thru and were served at the stall after a while. We were relieved the food was at least worth the wait.

  What happened to Sonic? I remember when you could press the button at the stall and someone would take your order. Apparently not here. I was directed to the app, downloaded it, entered my order and payment—and it just kept loading without going through. I finally learned I could use the drive-through, so I did. Then I tried to order coffee and was told they didn’t have any water. On the positive side, the breakfast burrito was delicious, though a little overpriced. Overall, a very confusing Sonic experience.

  Came to the sonic to get 3/7$ meal deals for one they changed the deal to a sundae instead of nuggets ok that sucks but it’s ok for 2 they don’t have any sundaes to go with the 7$ meal deals and they can’t give you anything else to replace it with smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ and 3 they took 30 minutes to give us our food 🤦🏾‍♀️

  Went and ordered 2 lg cokes added cherry, and a 6 piece mozzarella stick. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for that, they didn’t add cherry to one of the cokes and shorted me on the sticks. And the lady who came to give me my order basically shoved the drinks in my hand, didn’t say one word and just walked off. Service was horrible, order was incorrect and wait time was ridiculous.
