U know we’ve been there couple times first time some rude girl at the drive thru was very rude and took forever but these last two times this guy who it looked like was doing it all by himself a worker sitting outside maybe on break or lunch i don’t know but this guy got the food out so us in a timely manner and wasn’t rude u can tell he was busy and had a morning already hut no matter what our food was good so i just want to say thanks to that one worker not sure his name he had lots of tattoos sorry that’s the only thing that would stand out but awesome service and food was hot thank u

First off, I have Type I Diabetes.
Second, I always order a Diet drink.
Stopped by this location, ordered a meal, drink & bag of ice. The ice bag arrived first, several minutes later the order came. I left the drive-in, drank half the soda on the way home. Opened up the bag to discover I recieved someone else's order. I looked at the receipt & it was a regular soda. I rushed to check my bloodsugar, it has already begun spiking upwards. I took insulin in an attempt to get it down & under control. I had to monitor it for the rest of the evening & into the early morning. Called the store, it rang 4 or 5 times, was picked up, then hung up. Called back, it rang & rang. A guy picked up the phone, he already knew of the order. I told him my issue. His response was "Sorry it happened, but we didn't do it on purpose. I'll be given you a refund." I said "Okay, but I want to let y'all to know how important it is to check the orders for diet sodas to help prevent this from happening." He's abruptly said "We didn't do it on purpose!" & hung up the phone. I'm not a happy camper at this point due to the severe spike in bloodsugar & being treated disrespectfully. I reached out to Sonic.com to let them know what happened. Was told there would address the issue & report back. Have not heard a thing back.

This is the last time I'll come here, and I gave it another shot. They were absolutely dead, not only did my food take a long time but it tasted like it had been sitting there. I really enjoy the sonic recharger, but last time and this time, it was disgusting. And I paid 7 dollars for it?!?! Pathetic honestly. And im not one to leave a review like this. It like the drink wasn't even mixed. And THERE WERE NO CUSTOMER THERE?!?!
I had a great experience at Sonic Drive-In! I ordered two limeades, a milkshake, onion rings, and fries, and everything came out fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The strawberry limeade was especially good—loaded with strawberries and full of flavor, nothing was missing.
The fries were hot and crispy, and overall the quality of the food really stood out. What impressed me most was the service—it was quick, friendly, and just overall better than other locations I’ve visited.
I live much closer to the Sonic on Nacogdoches, but I’ll gladly drive to the Austin Highway location every time because the service and quality are consistently better. Highly recommend this spot!
I love eating breakfast and sitting outdoors while riding my E-Bike it's perfect for me.
