  Came here to write a review and noticed all the negative reviews. Don't understand how this locationis is still open or why there have been no improvements given all the negative reviews. First off it is built in a bad location. Not enough room to maneuver your car around with the drive thru line. Employees always seem out of it or careless. Food quality is almost always awful. They can't even get a drink right. The past couple months I've been here for just a drink and they are never blended. Syrup at the bottom and nothing but white slush on top. Have to stir it around to see if it's blue raspberry or peach. Today I ordered a watermelon peach refresher. When they repeated my order they said watermelon cream and I corrected them. Got to the window and once again watermelon cream. I corrected her again and said it's supposed to be watermelon peach refresher. She said oh, okay. Drink was not for me and could not check or tell because it had no color. It still ended up being watermelon cream, gross. So tired of the horrible service and food at this location and owner clearly does not care. Almost every drive up screen is damaged from being hit because of the narrow space you have to pull in. My toyota highlander just barely fits so I use the drive thru instead. Will opt for the newer one that is 10 minutes up the road from now on. All they can do is respond with oh sorry for your bad experience...okay then fix it.

  The staff seemed to be upset that I was ordering food here... The menu in our drive-in stall were installed backwards, the payment screen did not work and the staff member bringing our order seemed annoyed to have to manually take my payment. Not the experience I remember having at the drive in

  This is got to be the worst possible sonic I’ve ever went to. We have lived here for 15 years in the area and when we first moved in, it was pretty good but over the years it has dwindled in Service just tired of it. I gave it one more shot today after probably six years since I last visited I ordered two large Dr Pepper‘s. It literally took them 10 minutes to come to the window with just two drinks. This has got to be their most profitable item on the menu they charge me almost $10 for two large drinks, which I was OK with but the service was so terrible. I just went ahead and drove off. Definitely not going back and I do like sonic it’s just this one is unbearable. Definitely needs new ownership.

  Found a sonic that was still in business in SA. Got a medium Ocean Water. $3.49 plus 32 cents tax. Drive thru 8 min wait.

  Waited 15 minutes for 4 drinks just to be told they couldn’t find our order. I would give it negative stars if I could.
