  I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks, checked in at the stall, waited over 20 minutes while it said “in kitchen” and we were there before other cars came in but it still wasn’t busy. Pressed the red button to inquire on the wait as it’s already been 20 minutes, waited 5 minutes while the button was blinking red, still no response or help from team members there. I ended up leaving, as I left, the girl with inappropriate booty shorts, looked out the window, and that’s the first we saw someone. Please refund my entire order including tip that I always leave when I come. This is the first experience being bad here and is usually great but something changed where it’s going downhill. What happened to the good crew, the ones that always say thank you for a tip, even though they don’t have to say thanks and they deserved the tip. This time was an insult. I wasted almost 30 minutes to not only not get my order but not even acknowledged by staff while waiting patiently for my order.

  The mozzarella sticks are old. Whether they were left out under a heat lamp for far too long or whether they are legitimately expired, they are shriveled, dry and what's left of the cheese is dark, tough and tastes off. The only other item I ordered was a drink and the cup is cut on the bottom. I found this out by pulling the cup out of the cupholder to find a puddle underneath. So now I have soda stains in my new car I bought last month.

  Why can't anyone take orders at drive thru instead of letting you sit there? And is there only one carhop being run ragged? Need to rethink employees. Takes forever to get food. But most of all.. 3 young boys, maybe 11 or 12 yrs old, ran thru the parking lot on electric scooters without paying attention of traffic or people walking thru the parking lot... and obviously management doesn't care because no one stopped or even talked to them. Someone's gonna get hurt .

  Best Sonic you will ever find, food on point just the way you order it. Super positive service. Huge covered playground. Drinks were not watered down, perfect!!
