Hands down, the absolute worst experience I've ever had anywhere in my life.
Upper management/owners needs to reexamine who they have handling their restaurant before someone files a lawsuit..
the Manager Vicky almost found herself talking with SAPD when I could hear her screaming at my brother after the points on the app (Sonic) were redeemed online but we're not honored in store ... & when I asked for the receipt (the first time she shoo'd me away using her hands) to see what was going on, she started to come at me AGGRESSIVELY with my BABY in my literal arms.
I told her she did NOT need to approach me like that & she said I "need to leave" even though both our orders were incorrect.
WARNING TO OWNER, YOU HAVE A MAJOR LIABILITY ON YOUR HANDS

Vicky had a chance to handle a simple app glitch with grace. Instead, she chose rudeness, unprofessionalism, and entitlement. If that's the standard she's setting for her crew, no wonder the experience fell apart.

I ordered the cheesbuger deal( halfprice Tuesday after 5) on my app. Order was filled quickly and server was pleasant. Food was well done with fresh ingredients.

Unfortunately, our experience at Sonic Drive-In was very disappointing. From the moment we placed our order, the young lady taking it was rude and impatient. When we asked for a cone, she abruptly responded, "We don't have that."
After that, we politely asked if we could have a moment to decide on something else. Her response was, "Well, call back when you're ready," and she immediately hung up on us.
Customer service is just as important as the food, and this interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. We understand that employees can have busy or stressful days, but there is no excuse for being rude to customers who are simply trying to place an order. And when our order was delivered they failed to give us straws, forks, napkins.
Based on this experience, we will not be returning and hope management addresses the level of customer service being provided.
