    I ordered a medium real fruit lime slush and when I got it and tried it the sweetness hit me first the lime flavor was extremely faint. It tasted almost like a straight sugar slush. We tried to let them know it was not right in the stall intercom and the guy listened and then didn't respond just left us sitting there with no resolution. We finally went inside where they would not fix it or refund it. Instead he argued that it would be the same and it had real limes in it. No resolution was offered from them just rude and unhelpful responses. I also can't believe how when you press the button to talk to them and give a complaint that the response was to ignore us and act like we don't matter. Then you wonder why business can keep the doors open. When you have unhappy customers and you treat them like they don't matter they stop coming. Do better!!!

    I didn't even want to leave one star but I had to.. I'm currently here and had the worst food ever! Not to mention they couldn't even get two Cokes right.. my order was all messed up as well. Waiting forever for cold disgusting food is crazy.

    The manager here is horrendous. Made a horrible blast twice, very defensive and aggressive. His team far better than he was. Guy has no business managing a toothpick let alone people.

    I ordered 2 things through the app, a RT 44 Coke and a Jr Double cheeseburger. It was supposed to be ready at 8:53. They ran a little behind an brought it out at 8:58. The girl who brought it out was very sweet and polite. I left, only to find out they gave me Diet Coke. This location is not easily accessible, you have to go a mile or so past it to get to the turn around and then, if you have to go back, you have go a 2 miles to hit the turn around again, then 2 miles back to the restaurant. So I went back, the door was locked, so I had to go drive thru. There I had to wait almost 9 mins just to talk to someone. I explained about my soda. I had to repeat the situation 6 times, and between each time there was LONG gaps before he would come back and speak to me, finally the guy asked if I wanted a new 44 Coke, like I hadn't REPEATEDLY said exactly that for the last 7 mins. I said yes, I just wanted to switch out the diet for regular. He put in the order and told me I had to pay!! Waiting at the window another 5+ mins before someone finally came to the window and opened it. She told me how much I would have to pay. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay as I wasn't the one who made the mistake. I didnt want an extra soda, I just wanted to switch out what I had. Showed her my app receipt. She agreed, gave me my Coke and I left. All of that took more than 20 mins, 30 mins with the extra drive time. To correct THEIR mistake. There were no other cars in drive-thru, and only 2 cars in the stalls, and 1 family inside of Marco's, so it wasnt like they were extremely busy. By this time I was late. Drove home, just to find out that they didnt give me the burger I ordered either! I order the jr double cheeseburger for several reasons, but one of them is that I have an allergy to onions. They make me break out in hives. The jr doubles dont come with onions, you'd have to add them on to get them, so it's low chance of getting them. I got a single cheeseburger, with pickles, mustard, and a TON of onions. Which I didnt notice until I took my first bite because, as I said, I was in rush due to having to go back and wait as long as I did. So, not only did they have extra stuff on it, I didnt even get a double!

    Was just there today around 5:15pm today ordering food for a #2 add bacon with onion rings barbecue sauce and a route 44 drink. Got to the window and the cashier said the total is $16/17. I told him I have 7 in cash and the rest on card and he looked at me like it was foreign to him. He closed the window on me and didn't follow up with anything so I decided to take off from the drive thru. I do not know what was hard in doing a separate forms of payment on the register, unless something new happened to where they can't I understand but if that's not the case then I shouldn't have waited an extra 10-15 minutes.
