  Tries to pick uo an online order for two blasts a pretzel and mozz sticks. I e been sitting in this drive thru for 15 min and not a single person has checked on me or given me an estimate on time. Going on 35 mins since the order was placed . Unacceptable unless youre making everything from scratch , which you definitely arent if I wanted to wait over half an hour for some ice cream and snacks id have gone to a sit down restraunt and ordered quality food the only reason people eat here is speed and convenience so if this is how yall are running it dont be surprised when people stop coming and you're forced to close locations.

  Simple order. A footlong hot dog plain just the meat and the bun and I requested the hot dog and the bun both be grilled. This was a company by a Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade with strawberry, go easy on the ice. The place was definitely not crowded, yet still took about 15 minutes to get this order. The hot dog roll was grilled but still came out barely warm have a hot dog itself was lukewarm in rubbery. There was barely any strawberry in the Route 44 drink that I ordered. Very disappointed.

  $22 for a combo meal and cheese sticks. Went in to eat. Drink was all ice, asked for a refill and told "we dont do that." Needed more drink as the fries and burger were super salty, beyond very salty, like they seasoned the salt with the fries. "We dont do that" is my response next time someone wants to go there.

  Went through the drive thru thinking it would be faster, but I was wrong. It took almost 20 minutes to order and receive my two lemonade drinks. The car in front of me apparently ordered the whole menu but they should have told them to pull forward so others could leave, but there was no room.
