  This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this location in a two week span. In both incidents, the employees took it upon themselves to stop taking orders well ahead of closing time. The first time, it was an hour before closing when I was told they were not taking any more orders. Today, I waited in the stall for more than 20 minutes before the employee told me that they were the only one working and would not take any more orders; it was 8:44 p.m. and there were only three other cars.

  Just left on a Sunday at 4pm. Went to the drive thru to order a couple drinks and was told they are too backed up to take my order. Ridiculous. I was the only car in the drive through and it wasnt very busy.

  Iv tried to come here THREE times over a month time period- every time they have said they arent taking orders because they are "backed up". Mind you not all of the stalls are filled nor was there anyone in the drive thru. I definitely will not be coming back to this sorry location.

  Just waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, AFTER my order was taken, since all the car stations had cars in them, with empty cars mind you, once I got to the window, no one came to it, waited another 5 minutes and just drove off. This is pathetic and sad. If you are that far behind, do not take someone’s order.
