She checked on us but didn’t keep bothering us every few minutes. Which I liked because usually when you go out to eat you want to relax and just EAT. Really good service and we’d definitely ask for her again

However, we felt awkward asking our waiter for it, and his response was that it is now only offered upon request. We found that a little odd, as we’ve always enjoyed having it served with our meal. Could you please clarify if this is a new policy?

Had it not been for the support team backing him up we would have walked out! Worst part was he tried to box our food but put the box upside down and the grease stripped out all over my clothes. Definitely heading back to Ingram location.
