Shout-out to our waiter Mr. Will! He was beyond professional! We had to stop and give him his flowers 💐. We have not experienced customer service like that in a longggggg time. We made sure he knew it also. He was very attentive. Made sure all our needs were meet and then some. We made sure to take care of him as well. We thank you again Mr. Will for everything 😉😉. P.S. ohhhhh my goodness the steak and the lemon/mango margarita pie left me speechless! 😋😋😋

I have been dining at steakhouses since I was in elementary school. I had been a fan of Saltgrass for a long time where I used to dine regularly at least once a week. My experience at the Location on 410 in San Antonio was just off the chart horrible. After indicating and mentioning that there is pepper allergy in my party, the first time it happened we treated as an oversight even though it caused whole lot of discomfort for a few days for the person, next time, I ordered the same exact steak so I can taste it before the other person’s consumption. I tasted and felt the 7-spice seasoning. I ask the wait person to perhaps get another steak without the seasoning. She called the General Manager to the table for a visit; the manager assured us by looking at the Steak and its color that there is no spice involved in cooking while ignoring what my mouth was sending signals to my brain. With a lot of hesitation, the lady proceeded in eating the steak. She is a retired board-certified Neurologist who said her mouth and her experience were aligned with the idea that the meat possessed spices but she said perhaps it is black pepper which should be fine. I am a biomedical Engineering practitioner who has been working on AI and robotic tasting development with deep understanding of taste and neurological signals. The manager’s approach to this simple situation coupled with her behavior was supremely insulting in telling us what we are experiencing are in contrast with reality while redefining the experience for us. That day will remain the last visit to this steakhouse and all the rest of the Landry's restaurants. For whatever reason, or perhaps to save a few dollars in food costs to forgo someone's well being and safety and put another person's health in jeopardy??? causes concerns on many fronts and aspects of dining.

Didn't like that my credit card traveled all around the restaurant until the waiter went to register a good 10 minutes later. Otherwise good overall experience.

We went here for a late dinner after an exhausting day. Even though it was close to closing time, we were told we would be served. Our server Kaleb was very kind and friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was delicious and we enjoyed our meal. The service we received was A+. Kaleb is to be commended for his service, and the chef is to be commended for the delicious steak and shrimp dinners he prepared for us. When in San Antonio again, we will definitely be back!
