  I ordered food and not only did I not receive everything I ordered but when I called I was told there was nothing they could do and was hung up on. I would not order food from here.

  Food was great but the customer service was terrible I walked in to pick up my carry out neither of the employees even acknowledge me and then when the lady did she acted like me picking up my order was the worst thing to ever happen. She grunted when I told her my name and then yanked on the receipt and when she did hand me my order no have a nice night or anything

  Waited over an hour, called the store told them to call their driver and tell the driver to take it back, I'm not paying for cold food. Thank God I was gonna pay cash I would've wasted money had I paid online. I should've ordered from the one on De Zavala Rd.

  Good food and service, manager yelled over the lobby at the employees! No Bueno and very unprofessional. Speak to your team privately regarding anything that needs to be done. Lady at the front is a little ray of sunshine though and full of energy

  Honestly why show you are open and not be open I ordered pizza for delivery on the app even redeemed points found out this wurzbach location closed. I called customer service had the worst experience with transfers and then when calling another store they explain they are not connected . Another rep from their center just hung up the phone after saying they were closed . I tried calling the Babcock location and was told they don’t deliver here . Literally called the corporate line and they said the Babcock location does deliver here . I’m not sure what’s going on with Pizza Hut in the 78240 locations but I am not happy
