  I get a hutbox for my son and I they are delicious. I like that you can choose traditional wings now as an option. He wants Pizza Hut every week.

  Went by today to pick up an order, and within just a couple of minutes of being there, I noticed a major lack of customer service. When it was my turn, there was a gentleman attending the counter who came up twice and completely disregarded my presence. He then clocked out, I assume to go on break. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. I lead a team of customer service associates, and experiences like this remind me of what I won’t allow from my own team. Pizza Hut, please teach your teams the importance of the customer experience.

  Its my first time at this specific location in Leon Springs and I was treated very well and felt right at home. Very peaceful and clean as well.

  Did a carry out order and it was great. Order was exact and service at the counter was great. Will order again.
