  Yesterday had lunch inside of location and service was great along with the food! Thank you to the lady at register who helped me order along with the other two employees.

  Placed an order online for 45 min for delivery. 1.5 hrs later I got the runaround on pizza hut #s and 20 minutes on hold for me to find out it was done 45 minutes ago but they asked me to come pick it up to save delivery time. Upon arrival at the store for pickup, staff couldn't refund the delivery or tip charges. How infuriating! Of course it wasn't even fresh, correct to our order or good after sitting an hour. 0 stars!

  8/4/26 2nd time ordering at this location & again everything is on point. Both pizzas I got were fantastic & hot all the way home. Shout out to the team there (1700-1800) they looked pretty busy but they held it down.

  The workers were great and worked with me cuz tbh i didn’t have much, they are all sweet here, hard workers i just saw working and cleaning and nada but respectful people and a clean place got the $10 pizza with 3 toppings of ur choice u cant beat or miss it’s so good!! Definitely coming back here!😌😎

  I placed an order for delivery. The estimated time of arrival was 45 min to an hour. It was understandable because the NBA playoffs were on. An hour and half went by and I called the restaurant. They stated the pizzas had already left. Almost 2hrs later the pizza arrived and all three were burnt. I called the store was on hold for over 35 minutes before I hung up and went over to the store. The manager at the store kept making excuses and blamed everybody else for what was going wrong. Since I paid cash I wanted to receive cash back in return. He stated it was Pizza's hut policy not to give refunds. He offered to remake the pizzas and offer me a full credit for another time. With no other options, I agreed. As I sat the waiting another customer complained about the exact same thing. He gave me a credit for $40, I paid over $45. When I asked him about it he simply ignored me. When my order was ready he simply dropped it on the counter and said my order was ready, As He walked away. When I got home the order was completely wrong. On the 11th of June, I wrote a complaint to Pizza hut and asked for a full refund. I received an automatic message stating that someone would be contacting about my issue within 3 business days. Since I didn't hear from anyone, I called and left a message along with another email on the 18th of June. I received that standard response that some one will get back to me within 3 business days. Well, 3 business days have come and gone and still no response. If I could have given them a zero star, I would have for their store's response, attitude and for the I don't care response from their corporate office. This wasn't the first time this has happened, but it will be the last time from me!! I have since deleted the app.
