  Shout out to Gianna for making a big order and getting us some pizza in impressive time! I called and explained that another local pizza shop was supposed to deliver pizza to us at 10:30pm for a party and they cancelled our order for no reason and wouldn’t make it right, and would not let us even place another order after it had already been paid for. She jumped into action and in less than 20 minutes we had pizza! THANK YOU FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be coming back and I’m grateful for people who do their job so well! Gianna I hope you get a raise or promotion, you deserve it!

  We placed a delivery order at 8:30 pm on 4/19/2026. By 9:30 pm, nothing had arrived, so we called the store. Harmony told us we’d get a refund only if we drove to the restaurant ourselves to pick up the order because they “only had one delivery driver tonight.” So we wasted our time and gas driving there, asked for Harmony—just like we were told—only to be informed she was no longer there. This isn’t even the first time something like this has happened; we had a similar issue on Halloween. At this point, I absolutely will not recommend this store to anyone. Now, after doing their job for them and picking up my own late delivery, I’m apparently supposed to contact the store again to chase down the refund they promised. Who runs a business like this. You tell a customer to come pick up their delivery, then deny them both the food and the refund you guaranteed. It’s unacceptable.

  Last time we use this pizza hut. Abysmal customer service. 90 dollars for pizzas and they can't even bother to cut them right. 8 boxes of pizza all not cut properly. When you call to complain they give you the run around, tell you they will switch you to a manager and suddenly the call keeps disconnecting. And yet there phone message says why do we card so much, which is a joke! They will never get our service again. Sadly these are corporations that have become too big to fail, and really do not care about customers. If the manager or Grissom cares to answer, I am listening as to why the service is so bad!!!

  My pizza was still white and raw also super greasy! So bad the receipt in the box was soaked in grease.
