After years of not ordering, (after mowing to SA and discovering Marcos), I decided to treat ourselves to "better" pizza, but NO. Not sure how to describe the pizza: crust was too smooth, too flavorless, and too perfect looking, not very many toppings and definitely smaller slices. It was a great deal at carry out largest for $10.99, but just not impressed at all. First and last time ordering here being as how there's a Marcos, Papa John's, and Domino's all within 5 minutes of this location. 🤷♂️ Bye Felicia!

Unacceptable to charge someone for products and services and when you cant fulfill, be unable to do anything about it. They offered to replace the meal but gave no time window for when this would be. Called the corporate number; it forwarded me back to the store team after talking to someone at their call center and they also were unable to help. General Manager Michael Ruiz, when you get a chance, please refund my order since I cannot trust Pizza Hut to get this done.
