  came in after a long day of work and Ms.Lucy managed to put the biggest smile on my face! the team here is great and gets the food done super fast! i’ll definitely be coming back to this pizza hut frequently!!! thank you Ms.Lucy ❤️.

  Great service from Lucy during the lunch rush. She did an excellent job with a full dining room and still providing the best service.

  Very rude to my wife about paying with cash and got mad over y’all’s system putting the wrong order in and example to me if I was the IT guy for them I just want my sons pizza don’t come here

  Was excited to see the buffet return to Pizza Hut.. just surprised to see even a Pizza Hut still open.. many are closing down this one hopefully will be soon as well if they keep up the poor customer service. We walked in just after 2:00 annoying the buffet had just ended. My bad... The sign outside is so small who can see it.. we just walked in and asked didn't put one foot in the door and were asked carry out or delivery. I must admit that is one of my pet peeves is the minute I walk in somewhere someone asked me right away how can they help me all the way I appreciate the sense of urgency allow me to walk in and catch my breath 🙄.. so I proceeded to ask the to ask what appeared to be a lady at the register what time the buffet was and she quickly snapped 2:00 it's over.. clearly it was over one of the workers was cleaning up and wrapping things up for the day. I've been snapped back and asked her again what time does the buffet start hopefully a little bit more clear and more understandable to her in a way that maybe she could understand what I was asking her. Once again she snapped at me and answered 11:00 to 2:00 as if she had told me multiple times. Stop treating customers this way. Begin to treat customers with a little bit more kindness and courtesy .. there are many Pizza huts closing down you never know when yours could be next so please stop treating customers that way we are the reason you have a job.. I work in customer service industry I have bad days too but I shake it off real quick by going having a quick sip of water or taking a quick break... Talking to customers rudely abruptly and acting like you don't want to be there is not going to cut it. We stopped going to this location many years ago because of the rude treatment and customer service other workers there. If you don't like your job go get another one one that would make you happy.. stop treating customers badly or guess what you may see your store closing too ‼️‼️💯

  Very rude worker when I asked about the buffet she rudely said that it was ended. She snapped at us after even when we asked what time it ended and didn't let us get a word in only saying carryout or to go I would like for you guys to put one of that worker in check and to anyone curious the buffet is from 11:00 to 2:00
