  Marginal quality at a ridiculously high price. Quality and quantity continue to go down. In all fairness the size and and quality does very greatly from various locations.

  Steven is s a good manager he wants to do delivery cause the funds are better I hope you guys as a corporate can meet those needs cause he is understanding and has great empathy for customers he remembers a issues just by a face and corrects it the kitchen staff did a excellent job tonight as well and was very respectful this store has changed since Steven was given the title by his choice to make sure his job security and his team members was still able to make thier Daly dues thank you Steve

  If you order delivery from here do it thru DoorDash so when it’s wrong you at least get help. Placed an order May 4 thru the app and received the wrong items. Reached out for help and after an extremely long chat was told I’d hear back within 3 days. (Meanwhile, reordered thru DoorDash since my son was heading overseas and really wanted Pizza Hut. Got the wrong item again so they clearly don’t pay attention but at least DoorDash customer service actually services the customer and eventually got the right order). Couple of weeks go by (May 19) and reach out because still haven’t heard anything and $33 is worth a follow up, especially if I want to keep using app to earn points with the assurance any issues that may arise will be resolved. Again the long chat even with the previous chats reference number, get told the store called and confirmed change which was a lie (no call, no confirmed change, and if they were out of product why was DoorDash able to finally get it to me). Finally get offered a credit but can only be used on the app, which of course I no longer feel favorable towards. Stated my preference, was told I’d hear back within 3 days. May 30 - nothing. Go to chat and tell them to just give me the credit (I can drive to at least ensure right order) and can’t access chat. So. This location doesn’t know how to read the orders that come thru, they lie when they get asked about it, and Pizza Hut customer service doesn’t do anything to help out.
