  Bought from them 2 times never got the seasoning on my cheese sticks and not wanting to help refund or get a new order with the seasoning this store is trash

  Placed an order for delivery. Driver was great but pizza was not what I ordered and looked absolutely awful and dry. Called once to ask if what I ordered was correct and was told "I did a mental check to let you know that we only have thin crust available not hand tossed" but no one ever called to tell me that they were making that change to the order and by the time I was able to call back because they hung up the store was closed. I also placed my order at 9:30 pm and the store closed at 11pm. I ended up throwing it away we couldn't eat it. I called this morning to try to get a refund for my order and the person who spoke to me spoke to me as though I was stupid because I asked why they were going to only issue me a partial refund instead of a full refund and he said "because you are only complaining about the pizza" even though i said my order was horrible and cold on top of it. If I wanted a Lunchable I would've gone to the grocery store. I'm never ordering again.

  I placed the order with this location on Thursday. The amount of toppings that were falling off this pizza, I could have created another pizza with them. Not to mention, paying almost $40 for this, and the piece was sticking to the bottom of the box is unacceptable. This location really needs to.

  We ordered here our food came cold and it wasn’t the full order tried calling the store but was just put on hold no one answers!!!!!

  I place my order 3/21/26 at 2.58pm and the did not call me or tell me that they put my pizza order on the floor of my porch that’s is so wrong for your driver to do that I paid $57 for my order and I’m really disappointed I will never ever order pizza from here ever again it’s the wrong place of them all and at that I did not get my order till 4:37 it was cold and the pizza was horrible and I keep calling the store to put a complaint but nobody answered the phone I want my refund back we did not even eat the nasty pizza that was my last time ordering from Pizza Hut
