  In from Vegas visiting family but the dining room was shut down over an early because there was a lack of workers. So that meant also no salad bar. It was a pretty lengthy drive to enjoy an old favorite just to get shut down. And she was not nice about it at all. Not a lot of hope in the whole Pizza Hut comeback if they can't even schedule enough people to work on a regular basis. Are you paying this people enough? Reluctantly ordered take out. Not impressed for the cost and effort I put into it though. I usually just don't do these when the visit is bad, but felt compelled based on her attitude.

  I ordered a Big Box with 2 medium pizzas. The guy who took my order mistakenly gave me my (2) 1 topping pizzas with the 2 toppings on one pizza instead of 1 on each. Instead of getting 1 ham and 1 pepperoni pizza I recieved 1 pizza with ham and pepperoni on it and a cheese pizza. I called to get a credit cuz I was too tired to drive back and my kids had already gotten some. I called and a gentleman who took my order said I'd have a $15 credit. Cool with me people make mistakes all the time. I go today 12 days later after that order was placed and lady at the drive thru says there's nothing on my account showing a credit. Wouldn't honor it either.

  I hate when they are always on their phones and it doesn’t look like they wash their hands either.

  Great pizza over here, they haven’t gotten my order right I asked for a pepperoni pizza and they had me waiting for a good 35 minutes and it wasn’t that busy at all and they gave me a cheese pizza instead of what I ask for, great pizza but they need to get there orders right
