  If I could give this location a -1 stars I most definitely would!! We came to this Valley High location in San Antonio, TX on 04-25-2026. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. As the appetizers started to come out I took my child to the restroom to wash our hands. There are 2 stalls. There was a female in the handicap stall and the other one was unflushed. So I flushed it, wiped the seat, and used the rr. The entire time, my child was washing her hands. I heard the door next to me open and the main door open like someone walked out. I rushed to get out of the stall thinking my child walked out. But she was still washing her hands waiting for me. I asked if the person who walked out washed their hands n she said no. So I quickly washed my hands, no paper towels. And went straight to the counter to ask who walked out the restroom without washing their hands. The girl at the register, also our waitress, said she did not know. So I asked my child if she saw who it was and if they were in the back cooking already. She didn't recognize the person. BUT my eldest son had seen who walked out. He walked to the counter and heard me talking the the girl at the counter. He pointed out at an older lady at the way back MAKING OUR DAMN FOOD!!!! He said "let's go!" How does someone not wash their hands after walking out the damn restroom?!! Disgusting!! Much worse to KNOW THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WERE RIGHT THERE when you walked out!!!! NEVER AGAIN will we go there!! And we will be calling corporate! I already called another pizza hut to get info on general manager for that location!! AND i'm calling heath inspections!

  The pizza here smells like dog. Always way too much sauce. The pepperonis don't even taste like pepperonis. The crust never taste fully cooked. The pizza here has a really weird taste.Always taste old. I noticed pizza hut does not taste like it used to anymore. I honestly don't know what happened, it was always the best pizza and now it's definitely the worst and this restaurant at this location does a very sloppy job. Me and my family almost always get stomach aches after eating here also.

  Ordered pizza for my sons 2nd birthday spent 100$ on seven pizzas The next day he had to be rushed to hospital for food poisoning. My wife 4 other guests from the party & my self got sick as well. I should’ve known better because a family member used to work there and the things he described were nothing short of disgusting. His employment there was 3 years ago so I figured maybe they got better management & I would take the chance, but boy was I wrong it’s still the same manager “luciano” running the same dirty kitchen. My advice save your hard earned money and more importantly save yourself & your loved ones a trip to the hospital
