  Went to pick up pizza at 1:22 pm place was empty no customers n no person at counter.. worker came to give me my pizza n cheese breads.. got home cheese bread was completely burnt i couldn't believe they would even give it to me like that n I payed for extra sauce n didn't get it.. I don't understand with no customers in store (so not busy) how u still managed to burn the bread 😐

  I don’t know if we just had unbelievably bad luck or if customer service standards have completely collapsed, but this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered through the Pizza Hut app because it clearly showed our order was “Ready.” We arrived expecting to grab our food and leave, only to find out they hadn’t even started making it. So what exactly is the point of giving customers a pickup time if it’s completely meaningless? After waiting patiently without making a scene, you’d think at least the food would be worth the wait. Instead, we were handed a pizza with a burnt crust and cheesy bread that was also overcooked and burnt. It’s honestly embarrassing that anyone thought this was acceptable to serve to paying customers. This wasn’t just a small mistake—it was poor execution from start to finish: inaccurate pickup times, wasted customer time, lack of quality control, and food that should have been remade instead of boxed up and handed out. To Pizza Hut corporate: if you’re wondering why customers are choosing other pizza chains, experiences like this are exactly why. Stop focusing on getting orders out the door and start focusing on delivering what customers actually paid for. I left disappointed, frustrated, and feeling like my time and money simply didn’t matter. I won’t be returning to this location, and I certainly can’t recommend it to anyone else.

  Cook walking around a slides and the cashier was very rude had an attitude for no reason.

  Goodness, gracious I do not recommend this that pan special pizza. The cross was so hard. You could play a frisbee with it. You’re better off buying something from H-E-B toppings were delicious but I couldn’t eat it. I just ate all the top of it. How sad
