  The online deals looked great, but when I got to the restaurant, I was told they weren’t valid, and the price ended up being almost twice as much. I don’t understand why there’s such a big difference between the online pricing and the in-store pricing. It was disappointing and confusing.Thank you Juan!

  Ordered online for delivery and accidentally ordered carryout. Called the restaurant and got Kalena on the line. She tried to help but we got disconnected. Ended up driving to store and she was very apologetic and made my order fresh and even offered a discount. When I walked in they were cleaning and the store was spick and span. They even had a 100 score posted from the food inspector. Got hone and the pizza was exactly how I ordered hat and fresh. Thank you for the great experience!

  Not gonna lie this place is nice.. when you first walk in your like this is a pizzahut??? The staff was nice.. food came out great pizza crust had good flavor of garlic butter... Will come back whenever we visit seaworld...

  Worst pizza hut I've ever been to. Floors are absolutely disgusting, like they haven't been cleaned in years. Cooks can't read tickets because they either mess up the order or forget an item. Managers are so clueless I dont even think they know they work at pizza hut. Corporate should be ashamed of this location.

  All I have to say is this location sucks so dam bad. If I could give a -0 or more I would. I had a bad experience last night and never again would I go here. They lack on your order for what you ask for and don’t even notify you about it until you go back and confront there mistakes. They gave me a wrong order and also wanted to charge me again for there mistakes and the manager completely sucks she didn’t even try to help out she walked away and let the kids working there deal with me. I asked them can they fix my order and they only wanted to fix one mistake not my whole order !!! No apology what so ever and all they do is talk shit about you in the kitchen knowing your right there. What an ugly feeling. Hope no one else has to go through this!
