  Ordered a pizza to be delivered. They passed it off to Door Dash. I got texts saying to was on its way, then delivered but it wasn't. Called and texted the doordash and they wouldn't respond. Called pizza hit was put on hold for 13 minutes. Called back and finally got a hold of the manager. They said they would remake it but id end up dealing with doordash again. Then said I could pick it up. I said great, I'll do that. I told them to remove the delivery fee and the tip that I left the driver (that im required to tip before the service) The manager said they couldn't do that. The fee and tip was the same price as the pizza. I told her to cancel the order, which she never did so I got charged for everything without getting anything. That is straight up theft.

  Not one good experience after ordering here the last 4-5 times. Quality of food has plummeted and the service is downright bad. They know it and don’t care, that’s the worst part.

  I got my belly full could be a bit more spacious give the workers a little bit more space instead of being all cramped in the back good job tho
