  No Ice for your drinks and no cheese and peppers shakers you have to pay for them separately I miss the real Pizza Hut😐

  I order the ultimate bundle for 27.99 plus tax coming out to 30.30. Once we arrived to pickup the food, our total for some reason was 45 and change. We immediatly showed them the deal we ordered and another staff member confirmed that they saw 30.30 as well. A second staff member approached and rudely says "what do you want me to do about it, i dont control the app". I replace the whole order because she is convinced that there were charges we didnt see. I replace the whole order and showed her the total. Shes angry. Finally let's us have the food for the app price and doesnt apologize. Then refuses to accept a 50 bill which i can understand may have been store policy. She did eventually take it so we are thankful for that. But I dont think there was any reason for her to be rude to us when we were really patient with her. Will not go back to this location every again. Their breadsticks twice in a row have been dry and no seasoning and they always alter prices.

  La atención muy buena,lo q me desagradó que el que prepara la comida es muy desordenado no utilizan guantes andan el cabello suelto ni siquiera una simple liga para que el cabello no caiga sobre la comida muy desagradable la verdad 🤢🤢

  This happened yesterday. After my daughter’s doctor’s appointment, we decided to eat at the only Pizza Hut available. The other 1 closer to me shut down. So we were waiting at a table for my boyfriend to show up. He was going to meet us for dinner. He was 20 minutes away. Well, 10 minutes later, the manager so rudely comes up and asks if we needed help. I told her that we were waiting for somebody else and that we were going to order something as soon as my partner got here. Get this, she kicked us out. She said that she couldn’t have us loitering. She said buy something or get out! After I told her 3x that we were waiting for my boyfriend. She told us to wait for him outside. I grabbed my daughter and left. Called my boyfriend and told him what happened. He got mad and decided to go the competition. Ended up going to Peter piper pizza where we didn’t get kicked out! That’s why they never have any customers. This manager should be fired!

  Never comeback I will put -3 stars On Tuesday, April 21, we placed an online order for a pizza and two orders of chicken wings. Upon arrival, the manager’s demeanor was somewhat attentive, though nothing exceptional. The issue arose when we opened our order. The pizza had no cheese and no sauce—it was simply dough with salami and meat, both completely burnt and overcooked. The chicken wings were also excessively burnt to the point that they were inedible. We decided to return the items. At that point, the manager responded with a rude and arrogant tone, stating that the issue was our fault. She claimed that my partner had ordered the pizza without cheese or tomato sauce and insisted that the wings were fine. She further stated that she would not provide any refund and that, if we had a complaint, we should take it up with corporate. When I showed her the order confirmation, which clearly indicated that the pizza included cheese and tomato sauce, she changed her explanation and blamed the company’s software, saying it was a system issue and not the store’s responsibility. I responded that, regardless of the cause, the customer is the one negatively affected. She replied bluntly, “That’s correct,” and reiterated that she would not take any action, offer any refund, or provide any resolution, again directing us to contact corporate. Really no solution gave how Manager. A but she is the one with the reason and the professional what a bad attitude and customer service
