- PMPaige McbayAug 12, 20261.0I’m honestly more frustrated with Pizza Hut’s customer service than I am with the messed-up food. I ordered Honey BBQ wings and received completely plain wings. Mistakes happen, and normally this should be an incredibly simple fix. The problem is you can’t even call the actual store and speak to someone to get it corrected. Instead, I was forced to use their online customer service chat and spent nearly 20 minutes going back and forth just to fix an order they messed up. Why can’t I simply provide my order number, have them pull up the order, see exactly what I ordered and where it came from, and fix it? A wrong wing flavor should have been a two-minute phone call. “Here’s my order number. I ordered Honey BBQ and received plain.” Done. Instead, Pizza Hut has created a customer service system that makes correcting THEIR mistake an inconvenience for the customer. I have kids needing my attention and other things to do besides spending 20 minutes online trying to get food I already paid for corrected. Mistakes with orders are understandable. Making it ridiculously difficult and time-consuming for customers to get those mistakes fixed is not.

- JMJoshua MedinaJul 9, 20265.0Pizza Hut is in that perfect spot of affordability and price. Its not as cheap as Little Ceasars but the quality is better, but not as expensive as Domino's. Honestly I think its that perfect balance of being great Pizza that isnt too expensive. At this location the service workers are kind and good people. Even though it was very late they turned the dinning area lights on for me while I waited. They are also open relatively late, 11PM. I highly recommend it
