- DRDasja ReedMay 10, 20261.0Will NEVER order from this location again, honestly Pizza Hut in general. Ordered directly through the Pizza Hut website, NOT a third-party app. They sent DoorDash to deliver it and the order was completely wrong. We couldn’t even eat what was delivered. I’m lactose intolerant and my son doesn’t eat all the meat they sent. Called the store, corporate, everyone. They’ve supposedly “escalated” this FOUR different times and not a single person has reached back out or refunded my money. Meanwhile they’re perfectly fine taking people’s money and delivering the wrong food. Customer service is terrible, and the way this was handled by management was even worse. The general manager and regional manager have been absolutely no help. You lost a customer permanently over a refund that should’ve been handled the first day.

This location will not pick up the phone I didnt realize I ordered at the wrong location not once out of the 4 times i called did they answer even the guy that helped me at another pizza hut called and they didnt answer and their chat line forget it is terrible as well

I did not wait ..the staff left for the day? No one called to let me know my pizza was ready. I'm glad I chose to pay at the store instead of online.

Just as another reviewer stated, good luck getting in content with management. They are a ghost. Complaints have fallen on deaf ear. Beware of this or any location of Pizza Hut. I'm eating Marcos from now on.
