  We came here to order a large pizza and 6 wings. We placed our order at 8:20 to dine in. After 30 minutes, our order still wasn’t ready, so we went up to the counter to ask what was going on because people who arrived after us were placing new orders and getting their pizzas quickly. The girl at the counter told us they hadn’t even started making our order yet. It didn’t make sense how they could be making multiple pizzas for people who came after us—some ordering 2 or 3 pizzas—and those orders were coming out fast while ours wasn’t even started, even though they had just placed their orders and had their tickets in hand. In the end, after waiting more than 30 minutes, we asked for a refund. At first, they refused, but then the manager came out and gave us our money back. I will never come back to this place.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered from the site for delivery and DoorDash was sent rather than a Pizza Hut driver. The driver never delivered my food to my door and I called the store and they said they’d give me a refund for the GM to come in and approve it might take a day or two. I call back for an update same story. I called AGAIN and I was told they were never informed and it would be escalated to the GM. Same story given on my 4th call. I used the chat THREE times and each rep said the manager above the GM would call. It’s sad that they couldn’t even offer to remake the order if a refund wasn’t possible. Terrible customer service, terrible all the way around with all the runaround they give. No one will contact you as promised. If you want pizza go to a different company. Pizza Hut has come down and it was my favorite place to order. I’m out of my money and I never good the food. If you’re thinking of ordering DONT or do it through DoorDash they at least help you. Mind you I’ve been going back and fourth for more than a month. Just terrible.

  Top notch atmosphere and food. It's such a heartbreak that they no longer do buffet with such a great dining room.
