  I placed order online picked it up got home and it was the wrong order!! I called the store to see if they could remake my order and deliver it bc I wasn’t about to drive all the way over there mind you we just got in from a long flight all we wanted to do was get home, eat and relax with our kids! We were tired and starving. So they said they couldn’t do that, I drove back took the order back and told them to give me my refund and they tell me they can’t give me my refund at the moment bc their supervisor wasn’t in store to do the refund ! Which I find absurd how can you not give me the refund if your the manager on shift and your telling me I have to wait until the next day to get my refund and go home with no food!! It’s just ridiculous they have poor customer service! Wasted my whole evening, wasted gas, and no refund!

  Worst customer service they did my order wrong and they didn’t want to send a pizza so I cancel my whole order and when I went to the store to get a refund they couldn’t bc they didn’t have any supervisor to do it so no food and no money back so stupid

  Came in on my lunch hour wasn't expecting to dine in but was glad I decided to . Was pleasant lunch order was prepared in timely manner had plenty get back and enjoy my lunch . Staff was very attentive made sure I had everything needed .

  Called in my order for delivery. Johnathan was very helpful actually got me better deal than I had . Was thankful for that . Order was on time and tasted just like im accustomed to with pizza hut my favorite!

  Call in order over the phone was very easy and 15 min later I had my order was hot and correct delicious!
