  Extremely disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut. I placed an order at 8:30 PM for one large pan pizza and one large thin-crust pizza, with an estimated delivery time of 9:00 PM. When nothing had arrived by 9:30, I called the store. I was told they were extremely busy because of the World Cup and that my order had just been sent to DoorDash because Pizza Hut uses DoorDash to handle overflow deliveries. I was assured that the order was on its way. That explanation was understandable, so we continued waiting. By 10:30 PM—two hours after placing the order and only 30 minutes before the store closed—we still had no food. I called again and was then given a completely different explanation. I was told the store had run out of several types of dough and could only make hand-tossed pizzas. Apparently, someone was supposed to call me around 9:00 PM to explain this, but no one ever did. Instead, my order was refunded without anyone notifying me, while my family and I continued waiting for pizzas that were never actually coming. The employee then told me they could make replacement pizzas in about 15 minutes, but that I would need to be charged again. At that point, I declined. After waiting two hours, being told the order was already on its way through DoorDash, and then finding out the order had actually been canceled and forgotten, I was not interested in paying again and hoping the third attempt would work out. This was supposed to be dinner for five people, including a young child whose favorite food is pizza and who kept asking when it would arrive. By the time we learned that the food was never coming, it was extremely late, and we had to scramble to put together whatever food we could find. I also had to drive to Whataburger for food for myself and my fiancée. Being busy is understandable. Running out of dough is understandable. What is not understandable is failing to contact the customer, giving misleading information that the order was already with DoorDash, allowing a family to wait for two hours, and then asking the customer to pay again to replace an order the store failed to fulfill. This was an unacceptable level of communication and service.

  I take out and sometimes dine in and never have nothing bad to say about this location. Employee Greiye is awesome!!!

  April and her staff at the bulverde road location are always spot on when it comes to my order. Very friendly staff. Im always greeted warmly when i enter the location. Everything is fresh and made the way you would expect a pizza hut pizza to be made. Would definitely visit this location again.

  I ordered for pickup. New management has whipped store into shape. Very clean. Pizza was delicious. Staff had my order ready when I got there. We'll be back.

  Every single time I order delivery and pay for extra sides of ranch they never delivery any ranch and charge me for them. When you call to ask to refund the ranches weren’t delivered they put you on hold and never answer phone. If your getting sides just do pick up or you’ll never get them with delivery option.
