- MLMimi Lovetoday5.0One of the best experiences with dining out in a while...our server Didier, was attentive, great at communicating, and provided everything we requested with a smile. The lamb chops were excellent and birria tacos were delicious as well. Only thing I wish they offered is a spicy salsa option and the restaurant wasn't so cold and music so loud. Kudos to Didier!!

Didn't tell anyone but a man in an apron who said he'd worked there for 24/25 years (apologies as i forgot your name) came up to my son out of the blue and said if you make a snowman with this tortilla dough I'll give you a free desert! I've never seen my 4 year old so excited!! He made a frog snowman complete with cilantro arms. He came up took a picture and was so impressed with what my son did he said get whatever you want kiddo! Just wanted to say thank you! Ya'll didn't have to do that but you made his whole day. He ate the churros and ice-cream with the biggest grin!! He took the dough home and proceeded to make all kinds of animals, pizza, or a big ball with the dough! May God bless the team working today as you made a soon to be cancer free 4 year olds whole day amazing!! This goes for our server with the pikachu tattoo as well! Many many blessings and thanks.

However, the service during our last few lunch visits has been disappointing... not because the food wasn’t good but because of the lack of quality service. Today was a completely different experience! My coworker and I had, by far, the best service we have ever received at Pappasito’s, thanks to Alex. He was an absolute pleasure, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. His attentiveness, professionalism and outstanding customer service really made it an enjoyable experience. Please recognize Alex for the incredible job he does and bring in more people like him! He is exactly the kind of person who makes customers want to keep coming back. We will definitely ask for him by name next time!

What was outstanding at this one is our waitress, server or whatever the politically correct term is these days. Whatever the correct title, she was just exceptional, but I failed to get her name. She did say her name, but there was a large group seated right next to where they placed us and I simply could not hear when she told us her name. I hope they can figure it out.

She was attentive, personable, incredibly professional, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Brandon was equally welcoming and professional and added to an already exceptional experience. I’ve spent more than 15 years working with Marriott and Hilton properties, so I have a strong appreciation for what genuine, high-level hospitality looks like. Unfortunately, service at this level has become increasingly rare. This team reminded me what outstanding hospitality should feel like—warm, personal, and sincere rather than simply going through the motions. A special thank-you to Karen, Briana, and Brandon for making our visit so memorable. The food was fantastic, but the people made the experience truly exceptional. **Highly recommend this Pappasito’s.
