Past couple times I've gone there is only one person working the store and even though the pizza says it's ready to be picked up it's either still baking or hasn't been started yet. I would much rather it say it's ready when it's actually ready then waiting for 20 minutes in the store. I suspect the false ready status is to make the store appear like it makes orders on time and justify the staff shortage

Followed the portal, said pizza was ready for pick up, 20 minutes after first stayed time. Walked in, only had half our order ready! 2 people working. I get being short staffed, but surely there is way to make notes of that when ordering.
