They corrected it and offered to not charge me and give me a free order next time, but after finding the fingernail we couldn’t continue eating. We let them know but they never got back to us.

I had to wait approx 10 minutes longer than the pickup estimator said, and the atmosphere in the store was atrocious, almost entirely due to the militant barking of the manager to her team of hard working pizza slingers. I get that you need to manage quality, but yelling store procedures at the top of your lungs is probably not the most efficient way to train your team. It also makes for a poor customer experience.
