- ZMZack MossJun 1, 20261.0Stopped by Papa John’s on Hardy Oak during posted business hours to place an order, but the front door was locked. While waiting outside, I saw employees in the back of the store who appeared to notice me, yet no one came to the door to assist. A delivery driver also returned to the store while I was there, which made it clear the location was operating. After waiting several minutes without any acknowledgment or explanation, I left and took my business elsewhere. If the dining area or walk-in service is unavailable, that should be clearly communicated. Very disappointing customer service experience.
- DDDylanMay 29, 20261.0I was a customer on a few occasions which was a mistake on my part. Directions are ignored quite often orders are consistently wrong. Food can be cold at the door because drivers don’t always have their car topper on. Sometimes during carry out orders I’ll swing around back and see employees horsing around and throwing dough, the parking lot is a mess because of it. Lousy food chain and a lousier location.

It doesn’t rise and isn’t fluffy anymore. I don’t know what changed but it just doesn’t rise the same…I don’t like the pizza anymore
