- SVss vvAug 26, 20262.0I have been a regular customer here for years, and I order from this place about 3–4 times a week. I’ve always had a good experience with the other employees. They are friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Unfortunately, since a newer employee started working here less than a year ago, I have repeatedly experienced a very different attitude from her. She has blonde hair, and I’m not sure of her name. Her way of interacting with me is consistently very cold, dry, and unwelcoming. Even when I simply ask about my order or the wait time, her attitude makes me feel like I’m bothering her. I honestly don’t understand why she treats me this way, and I feel uncomfortable even when I see her working. I have been coming here for years and have never experienced this kind of treatment from any other employee. I want to make it clear that this review is not about the restaurant or the other staff. Everyone else has always been kind and welcoming. My concern is specifically about this one employee and the way she repeatedly treats customers. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address the situation, because customer service is very important, especially when you have loyal customers who have been coming back for years.
