  The pizza was below average quality, with crust making up over a quarter of each slice. What arrived looked noticeably different from the photo listed online — a classic case of picture vs. reality.

  Staff could be… friendlier. I forgot to order extra sauces and when I asked the girl got rude telling me I should have ordered them and theyre not free etc. Like, I was fully expecting to pay for them I just forgot to add to the order, but I guess she thought I was wanting them for free. Either way, she could have just rang me up for the $2 or $3 instead of being all rude about it first. Every other experience was great and love the pizza.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Papa John’s. I placed an order and the app showed it had been ready for about 15 minutes, but when I got there I ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes with no updates. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, I asked how much longer it would be since it showed “ready,” and the employee told me “10 to 15 minutes.” I waited again, asked a second time, and let him know I had been standing there for half an hour. His response was, “sir everyone has,” which was completely untrue. I was the only one in there waiting that long. When I asked again how long it would actually take, he repeated “10 to 15 minutes” like it was just something to say instead of an actual answer. His tone was rude, dismissive, and showed zero customer service skills. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back.

  Food, service and atmosphere are always good. But my 6yr old daughter who has celiac disease is very very sick vomiting for the first time since being diagnosed 3yrs ago. I was reassured months ago when I called this location that they do their best and even take the pizza to a separate "dough area". Well yesterday i call to ask could she have been glutened the woman tells me that they pretty much don't do anything to prevent cross contamination. And my daughter's pizza most likely had flour on it... so why does it even come in a separate package?? What's the point if they don't try to keep it from cross contamination at all?. My daughter will hopefully be better in the next few days but we sadly will not be returning. (AND WHY ON EARTH LABEL IT AS GLUTEN-FREE ON THE WEBSITE!!)
