  Popa john's pizza is good, but choose somewhere else, because the service and atmosphere here is terrible.

  Papajohns is not what it used to be! The location by me on San Pedro was shut down and I feel like this downtown location is next. they are making the same exact mistakes as the San Pedro location pizzas coming out like a wagon wheel from the old freedom trail oblong and oval shaped toppings all wrong and made however they feel like little to almost no sauce on the pizzas way more crust than pizza itself hair on the pizza some pizzas as thin as notebook paper the list goes on and on the management are helpful but to a certain extent the remakes of the pizza just come back almost the exact same way minus the human hair. I have been ordering papajohns pizza for my family since our sons were babies and unfortunately we will be having to make a switch to somewhere else.

  So after after various attempts to get my pizza through the app and over phone and also after notifying them I had a receipt I could furnish….there was no real effort made in getting my pizza to me…my account was drained the$ 15.63 and I’m here having to explain to my kid why the pizza is not coming. Probably one of the worst styles of service apparently a was involved and still deeemd my receipt to not be adequate enough to receive any credit towards one pizza. Hands down the worst Papa John’s I ever have experienced

  Worst customer service and very rude, the big guy with the beard that we interacted (7/15/26 @ 12) with was on the phone talking just going back and forth making us wait 20 mins while he spoke from what it sounded was a complaint. When he finished the call he finally acknowledged me and husband and without hesitation told us we couldn’t order. Mind you his coworker came and asked us if we were picking up or ordering and told us to go to him to order. Also there were bugs all over the floor what looked like black worms and beetle bugs. I would not recommend this location and hope management address this employee.
