  Purchased a pick-two with a cup. Soft drinks are priced at around $3 for one size serving. When my husband walked up to get a refill, this older lady at the Lobby told him he couldn't!! He walked out because he didn't know what to say.. especially because he doesn't speak the language. This is just ridiculous!! Not giving it a super low rating, just because this is the first time ever we've had this type of inconvenience. We've always been treated with excellent service, but this lady is the first time I see her.

  For the second time this week, I was sold EXPIRED food (orange juice). I’m considering not eating here anymore.

  This is an actual lovely looking Green Goddess Avocado Toast. Unfortunately it tasted terrible because it was completely saturated in salt. I don't know if the salt was coming from the dressing or the smashed avocado but it was unbearable and unedible. Too bad I was too far away when I decided to eat it to go back and have it remade. What a waste!

  One of the worst Panera's iv been too. To start I placed my order and when it was ready no one called it out . Just left there until I went up to go check. When I got the food my soup was cold and not warm. On top of that, there was a family who placed their order before me and I got my food first before theirs and they didn’t have a big order from the looks of it. The employees in the kitchen don’t move with any hustle as all their tickets were in red. Ranging from 5-7 minutes. Iv worked in the food industry before and no ticket should ever be that long.
