  There isn't much I can eat going through Chemo right now. Panera soups and salads are a lifesaver. This location next to the START Center is my go to. And the staff are exceptional.

  Waiting in the drive through will take at least 20 minutes. Food is mediocre.

  I like Panera Bread because the sandwiches, soups, and salads are good, and I like that you can choose between a half or whole portion. Unfortunately, this Medical Drive location is very inconsistent, and I've learned to check my order before I even leave the parking lot. My biggest complaint is the soup. More than once I've received a bowl that was only about half full, and today's chicken noodle soup was almost all broth with few strings of chicken in the broth… not a noodle one was in my chicken noodle soup. If they're running low on ingredients an hour or two before closing, they should consider removing those soups from the menu instead of serving bowls that are missing the main ingredients. This isn't the first issue I've had. On another visit I didn't realize until I got home that I had been given the wrong soup. These kinds of mistakes happen too often. The last time I ordered the chicken and wild rice soup and they gave me chicken noodle soup. I didn’t complain, but I feel like when I order something either they should tell me that they’re out or ask me if I want to change it up or refund my money for it.. On the positive side, the half Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich I ordered today was very good, and I also picked up a salad for tomorrow's lunch that looked fresh. The ordering process could also use improvement. I placed my order online, but when I arrived at the drive-thru and gave them my name, the employees seemed confused and repeatedly asked me what I had ordered. It wasn't busy, there was only one car ahead of me, so I was surprised by how disorganized the process was. I've honestly debated whether to keep coming to this location. I enjoy Panera's food, but the inconsistent quality and repeated ordering mistakes make it difficult to rely on this restaurant. I hope management addresses these issues because this location has the potential to be much better

  If I can give them zero stars, I would on how they packed up my lunch couldn’t even wrap up the bread. They just threw it in the bag.
