Went to Outback for my son's birthday. It had been many years since we visited any Outback. To start the night off, my son ordered a drink from the bar. Server did not ID my son and brought a mocktail version. The server claimed he assumed my son was not of age. That got corrected. I ordered chicken and ribs. My son ordered steak and shrimp pasta medium well with one side. Wife ordered steak medium rare plus two sides. The atmosphere was mixed. Some guy that clearly couldn't read tried to go out the emergency exit by the restrooms which set off the alarm. That dragged on a bit until someone figured out how to shut it off. When our food eventually arrived, my ribs and chicken came barely warm. The steak on my son's meal came medium rare, not medium well. My wife's steak came medium well, not medium rare. We were so hungry by this point we dealt with it. Didn't want to wait another half hour waiting on food to be corrected. We ate, got boxes for the food we didn't finish, I paid the bill and headed to the car. We probably will not return to any Outback. The food quality you receive clearly does not match the premium price you pay, and the men's restroom was atrocious. Outback, you still haven't figured it out, even after closing lots of underperforming stores and updating the interior layout.

I haven't visited outback for many years im glad I did today the service was amazing!! Ihad Hannah as a my server, she was so sweet, kind very attentive !! The food was delicious and the atmosphere very nice. This visit left a great impression! Thanks Hannah!
Arrived shortly after they opened around 11:30am. Went to restroom and they were filthy. I would expect a place like this and especially just opening the restrooms should have been clean. Looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in for a while. Toilets had dirty ring in toilet and hairs. Sink to wash your hands also looked as if they had not been scrubbed for god knows how long. My husband used the men’s bathroom and stated it was not clean either. Management should be on top of this. Dirty restrooms makes you think there is a dirty kitchen.
This place closes at 11 PM.
Do not walk in here at 9:40 thinking you made it on time. From the second me and my kids walked in, they looked very bothered that we were there. How dare us right? The food they served us was TERRIBLE. Had to be on purpose. 77$ for 2 adults and 2 kids meals with all waters. No steaks. I'm not complaining about how much it costs. Because I was willing to spend a lot more than that. However,
The food at taco bell would have been much better than this trash they gave us. And very smart move on the waiter for not giving me a receipt to know his name. All around bad service, bad host, terrible burnt black oil chicken, soggy hamburgers. Will never come back here again.
We had a disappointing experience at this Outback. Specifically with the food. Our waiter was outstanding as was the management. However, the food....another story. A requested medium well steak had to be sent back 3 times to get it right, and even then the entire steak had ZERO flavor. And before people come at me in the comments about how we prefer our steak, we've ordered medium wellnat several steak houses who get the order right the first time and the steak has plenty of flavor. The shrimp was absolutely bland and lacking in seasoning. Same with the grilled chicken dish, the Alice something. The chicken was cooked perfectly, but it was bland as if ZERO seasoning or marinade was used prior to grilling. And the mushrooms on top....CANNED mushrooms. Never in my life have I been served canned mushrooms at a restaurant. Even the sides.....the asparagus, zero flavor, the loaded mashed potatoes, zero flavor, makes me wonder if they even used ANY butter or if they were "instant" potatoes. And the worst of all, their "parmesan cream corn". How they can even try to pass that off as "creal corn"....ridiculous. In no world was that cream corn (and that was an "elevated" side dish. The manager comped the steak dish which we didn't even ask for, but was the right thing to do, so we were appreciative. But even with that comped dish, no alcohol drinks, a $50 gift card, 2 dishes, 3 regular drinks and 1 appetizer, plus tip still came out to $70. Absolutely not worth it and we will never go back again. Plenty of other options in town with the same price point or even lower with actual flavor! If I could give the food zero stars I would. The service was fantastic, but y'all seriously need to work on seasoning your food.
