  The disappointment started with the appetizer... ordered the blooming onion, and a MANAGER brought out a half burned half raw & UNBREADED onion. Should have seen that red flag when management is ok with serving something of that quality. After that everything was served WITHOUT SEASONING. Even the house salad with ranch was flavorless. Asked for additional dressing and it taste watered down. We ordered 2 plates of filet with shrimp, 1 being the fried coconut shrimp. It was about 4x the size of the grilled shrimp due to breading alone. Hard to swallow. None of the steaks had flavor and somehow the medium and medium rare were pink but extremely dry and hard to chew. The ribs were tender but very lacking in flavor. We ended up wasting over $200 on this meal for 3 adults and 3 kids meals. Should have gone to Texas roadhouse i guess.. wanted to enjoy a more quiet atmosphere for a birthday dinner but just left disappointed AND HUNGRY. Even tried adding some seasoning when we got home but the meat was just so tough and dry it made no difference. I was shocked when the location in the forum closed down but if the quality was anything similar, I can see why.

  Steaks have no flavor, avoid the steaks. Its literally a piece of unseasoned meat. Get something else .

  Awesome service! Great food. My bartenders were fast and gave me great service! Management was great also!! Would recommend anytime.

  Food is just ok, borderline meh. Price is much too high for the quality, portion, atmosphere or service. Not recommended.

  The lunch sirloin steak was raw and bloody when I ordered medium well. The waiter brought it back after I complained. Another one was brought out and it was blood too. A person who can cook the steaks as requested is desperately need at this location. A new bartender is needed also to make drinks that actually taste good.
