If you're hungry, don't come here they have terrible service! And when I told them what they did, did not correct the problem rather than just told me "I know for next time" after I waited for about 30 mins in the lobby with a annoying party of like 9 ppl! Never again lol and they did not explain the menu to us and maid me pay for two extra sides thinking they coming with my meal! And then my meal gets here and it was literally just a piece of meat with some sauce on it lol I promise and my ticket was damn near 60$

Absolutely insane to wait 30 minutes when 4 people were sitting down when we walked in. Waited 20 minutes for refills and steaks were either well done or rare when ordered medium.

The food, service, and environment is wonderful here. Come see Mindy at the bar, and their manager Lance was just great. Come see this location!

They made us wait when there were countless open tables. It's clear their hostess is incompetent, and the rest of their staff sucks as well. The food sucks, it tastes like it is pre made and warmed up, like from some high school cafeteria. I will not be wasting my time at this location ever again

Talk about a restaurant in decline. Lots of little things were annoying but I want to focus on the main issue. My family usually only comes to Outback for birthdays and celebrations, as we did on this visit. Most of us ordered the prime rib, medium rare. As you can see in the pic, it is not medium rare. In fact, it was barely above room temperature when it was served to us. All 4 of us sent it back and asked it to be heated up. When it came back, it was medium well. How can a steakhouse not be able to cook a steak? And in case you think I'm being picky, my GF got the salmon which was also barely above room temperature when it arrived. When she asked for it to be heated up they made her a whole new one (which was nice) but it was overcooked and dry. On top of these issues, there was a drink spilled by the waitress inches away from an antique book we'd given my mother for her birthday and it would take forever to get the waitress' attention if we needed anything. Drinks stayed empty for long periods of time, we were short a set of silverware. Not a pleasant visit. This was about 3 weeks ago, but I needed time to cool down.
